I come from a family business background, and I've been in the restaraunt business my whole life. I learned how to barbecue in the hill country of Texas, and came back to Oneida, Tennessee, with the desire to create an experience beyond just the food, but also a spectacular atmosphere with awesome decor. I'd really like Preston's to be a destination for a special event or for special occassions, yet casual enough for anyone to stop in and enjoy our cooking. Big South Fork is growing, yet when someone comes to Preston's, they will feel like they're stepping back in time.
